Everything ships from the United States. Orders are made to order and typically leave in 2–5 business days, then arrive in 4–10 business days depending on where you are. You will get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
- Contiguous US: flat rate, free on orders over $75
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: flat rate
- Canada: 12–35 business days
Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to exchange for a different size or return for a refund. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
To start a return or size swap, email support@gankd.co with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send instructions.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or is simply not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you. No need to send the original back.
